Our Firm
dbl
consists of three founding partners with over 100 years of combined
senior level global operational experience.
Our ability to deliver value to our clients stems from the partners’
broad business experiences in the competitive market place. Prior to
the founding of the firm, the partners held senior level positions in a
broad range of disciplines including sales, marketing, product
management, operations, HR, strategic planning and distribution.

Carl A.
Dietz, Jr.
While Carl has had a variety of
significant experiences in Sales, Operations, Product
Development and Customer Service, his primary focus in our
practice has been to assist our clients’ Senior Leadership
Teams in “taking their strategy into action”.
This process encompasses
establishing a clear set of critical priorities, defining
and communicating accountabilities and driving the entire
Senior Leadership Team to a discipline around focused
execution which will deliver the expected operational and
financial results.
Once alignment among the Senior
Team members is complete, our work typically shifts to
assisting the Team in engaging the rest of the organization
such that there is a tight linkage from the top to the
bottom around the key priorities of the business. |
